I am a psychotherapist trained in working with a variety of mental health issues. I see adolescents, adults and families in my practice and I specialize in working with clients with medical issues, insomnia, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma from a integrative and holistic perspective. I believe there is not one type of therapy that works for everyone and I work with you to determine what techniques will be most effective in helping reach your goals.
